Maqluba  

An upside down rice dish which is very popular throughout the Arab World. It consists of layers of vegetables, spiced rice and meat cooked together and fipped.

Shawarma

A popular Middle Eastern dish, typically a meat (chicken, lamb, or beef) that is marinated in a blend of spices, then roasted on a vertical rotating spit and shaved off for serving.

Friday Dining Experience

A mix of grilled kebabs made with lamb, beef, and chicken, marinated in Middle Eastern spices and cooked over an open flame, served with a side of barbecued vegetables.

Falafel

A very famouse arabic dish. Crispy chickpea fritters seasoned with herbs and spices, served with creamy hummus and surrounded by a mix of fresh vegetables.

Halawet el Jibn sweet

A traditional Syrian dessert made from a soft semolina and cheese dough, filled with clotted cream, rolled into delicate pieces, and topped with fragrant syrup and crushed pistachios.

Baklava & pistachio mix

This special assortment is named for the generous quantity of baklava it contains. Each piece is made with delicate, flaky layers of phyllo dough, generously filled with premium pistachios and crafted with exceptional care for a soft, luxurious texture.
